Scholarship Description: The National Veterinary Institute has for more than 100 years conducted research on infectious diseases and disease prevention in production animals. The research has contributed to important scientific breakthroughs and the Institute has gained an excellent reputation as a provider of evidence-based scientific advice to the industry as well as to public agencies. The activities also form an important basis for collaborations with other DTU departments and with other public and private research entities, in Denmark and abroad, as well as with the Danish farming industry.
